The coordinators´meetings will alway take place during short- term exchange of groups of pupils. Coordinators will evaluate the results and outcomes reached so far, they will talk about the positives and negatives. In order to prevent any problems, they are going to discuss difficulties, that partners schools have to overcome during the project proces. And, if there are some they will make a solution and be helpful. They will also plan the activities and duties, that are coming in the following period. Since all the partners are new we consider meetings face to face as the most important part of project management.

Our meeting took place during the mobility in Poland. We finally met in person (after a lot of online meetings) and discussed the situation in the our countries, in our schools. We evaluated the outcomes we have reached so far and talked about following period and upcoming activities. During the Covid 19 epidemic we got used to meeting online and discuss our project activities or overcome little problems and therefore we will keep cooperating closely. Nevertheless, we were very happy to see one another face to face and be able to plan our next mobility in Portugal.
