Part 1: Getting started

The project planning calendar will contain all project activities with the date of their start and their deadline, all coordinators´ meetings and short term exchanges of pupils, also each partner´s duties will be written there .The calendar will be placed on the project website and also sent to all partners in a printed version.

The project logo will be designed by pupils and chosen by international voting. The logo will be used in all other project results and it will be used to decorate project products. The winner of the logo competition will be awarded during the Short term exchange in Poland.

Setting up school Erasmus clubs – each school will choose a group of pupils and teachers who are going to work intensively on the project activities.

Official inaugurating the project to pupils, teachers, parents and local community using ICT tools, mainly project website, distributing leaflets and presenting basic project information at local townhall. This activity will be connected with The European day of languages. Connecting the inauguration of the new project and new project partners with another public event is a good opportunity to make parents and friends of partners´ school from local communities.

On October 11th Erasmus clubs and teachers met online to celebrate the European Day of Languages. Each country has prepared a classic fairy tale of its country in its own language and also in English. The children told each other fairy tales and acted them out. One of the tasks was also to translate the classic fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood into English. The children then listened to find out if there were any significant differences. We enjoyed every minute of our project afternoon. At the end we announced the winner of our logo competition. The price for the winner will be sent by post.

School project notice board - each partner school will organise a school project notice board containing all important project information for students, teachers, parents as well as other visitors.

The project website - the main coordinator´s school is in charge of establishing the project website and communication project tools. The website link will be placed on all partners´ school website. The website is meant to be a organised project materials storage and also the main tool to check, fullfill and keep track of the tasks.

This coordinators´meeting is going to be the first and key meeting for our project. It will contain the getting to know each other phase as all of the project partners are new. The coordinators will either meet in the Czech Republic or the first coordinators´ meeting will be carried out as a webinar led by suitable ICT tool. The coordinators will compare and compile project results that have been gained so far. The main project coordinator will introduce the development of the project, controlling and evaluation.
